About La Poele
La Poele was created with courageous ambition for a modern European restaurant for Melbournians and travelling guests to indulge and explore with their taste buds from all around Europe. The restaurants’ name has been derived from the French language with the meaning of “ frying pan “ being La Poele.
With extreme attention applied to detail and creativity, not only for the Menu but also for the 3 dining areas , fully licenced Bar and Wine Selection to accommodate for our loving guests being created in late 2019 for all to enjoy and remember their experience in our private modern restaurant at La Poele.

La Poele is based around an A La Carte menu. This restaurant has a mixture of European flavours using seasonal produce with a french style culinary technique. the owner and head chef also specializing in pastries creates our MUST TRY dessert “ The Peach “ with great fidelity in his work, especially for our guests to have a special dessert after their entree and main meal
About The Chef
As regards the “Style Of Cuisine” owner and head chef Jaysen, is a culinary artist who has created artistic dishes with constant affection to his menu. His passion and devotion have taken him around the world. Early in the new Millenium, of the year 2000 head chef Jaysen started his career in a 5-star hotel in the pearl of the Indian ocean in the lands of the country Mauritius. He decided to take on the culinary challenge to taste, experience and derive from all different styles of food and cultures around the world.
Working for more than 10 years overseas and for 5 years on the seas one of the biggest and famous cruise ships Celebrity Cruises, having excelled in a French Fine Dining restaurant Jaysen headed for Melbourne to be part of one of the best steak restaurants in Australia,The Steak Ministry Bar & Grill.
Shortly after deciding to put his full experience, knowledge and life experiences from all over the world into a restaurant in the refined suburbs of Windsor, Melbourne. Jaysen opened up a spot to indulge within his wisdom of the culinary world and to share with everyone to taste part of his own creation
